As a fitness and health coach in my 40s and a single mother, I understand the challenges women face in prioritizing their health. My journey into fitness coaching began as a second career, discovered during the pandemic, after years of working in retail management with demanding hours, Working out and eating well was nearly impossible task. I know firsthand what it’s like to juggle hectic schedules while trying to take care of yourself and a family, which is why I’m passionate about helping women find sustainable ways to build strength and confidence through it all.
My mission is to empower women to stay strong, active, and independent for life—so they can continue experiencing the things they love well into their later years. Fitness isn’t just about aesthetics; it’s about longevity, resilience, and feeling in control of your own body.
I am dedicated to teaching, supporting, and guiding women through their fitness journeys, helping them breakthrough limiting beliefs and embrace their strength.
